Here is where all my original works are posted. Well – all the ones that I considered worthy of placing here. At the moment, this mostly consists of a few short stories, plus one longer story that is really best for other Orthodox Jews, like me. If you are one, you will probably enjoy Earth’s Mouth, a novelistic, but accurate to Medrash, telling of Korach’s rebellion. My goal was to bring what many of us see as rote history to life, and I am told I succeeded.

The big attraction here is the World Building section, where I am constructing the universe within which many of my novels to be, if not all, will occur. This already includes the basic magic system, base of conflicts throughout, and quite a few background stories/explanations. I also have ‘seedling characters’ – ghost images of people that may play star role in multiple tellings. This is a long term, in depth undertaking, and one in which I welcome your input and suggestions. I am looking forward to seeing what I can create with your help, so be sure to comment, even if it’s only to say that you do or don’t approve of any one point.

The magical universe is ‘parallel reality’, meaning it mostly conforms to our earth and our basic timeline of events. At the moment, the Demons need a great deal of fleshing out; even their powers are quite vague. How mages function could use further refining and streamlining, and the psychics could use a clearer definition of what sorts of things they can do. Debate on magical creatures and beings is fairly open, and I would greatly appreciate your participation on the creation of some magical ‘chemistry’ for the world. By this I mean properties that various natural products have, magically speaking.  At the moment, only two metals are defined. Some aspects and details of the world will always be withheld because they would eventually constitute spoilers (much of the information for this section still exists only in my head, and may take a while to coherently find it’s way up here. Thank you for being patient).

The story of Korach’s rebellion, told with as much accuracy as possible, and checked by a Rosh Yeshiva. Intended to give this one part of the Chumash the life it should. (this is a style of writing I may well return to. If so, it will be posted here as well. I will be avoiding Chumash from now on however. Too delicate)
